ABOUT YOUR ORDERS

Order Confirmation: We will send a confirmation E-mail to the E-mail address provided within 30 minutes of submitting your order.If not received within 24 hours, please contact Customer Service. A shipping confirmation E-mail will be mailed at the time of shipment with your carrier tracking number.

Credit Card Payment: We accept Visa, Diners Club, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Your credit card will be charged at the time of shipment. All prices are quoted in US Dollars. Payments must be made in US Dollars.

Minimum Order: Presently there is no minimum order for transaction done entirely on the eStore using a credit card.

However orders originated through the E-mail ordering or RFQ will be subjected to the in house minimum of $50.00. For orders less than $50.00 a service charge will be applied.

Handling Charge: A $3.95 handling charge is applicable to all orders originated on-line. There is no handling charge for backorders created from an order that is split. A split order is an order where the items are divided between In Stock and Out Of Stock items.

E-mail Orders: These are orders done through the E-mail ordering option. The procedure is the same as ordering via credit cards except the orders are E-mailed; do not enter your credit card number. Simply click the E-mail Order option. This option is suitable for customers who would prefer to use an alternative payment plan to the plans available online.

This ordering option is subject to the in house minimum order.

Order Processing: Orders in stock will be shipped the same day if received by 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday. Orders received after 2:00 PM EST will be shipped the next business day.

 

Back Orders: To get delivery information on items back ordered, please call our sales    department at 800-819-8900 Ext.121 or 491.

Shipping: Shipments are made via United Parcel Service, FedEx, DHL and United States Postal Service. Please include a valid shipping address, as we cannot ship to a P.O. Box. Allow up to 5-7 business days for ground service.

Freight Charges: Freight charges are determined by the carrier's computers on  our premises. The charges for freight are influenced by several factors such as the weight, box size, zip code, fuel surcharge, location (city or remote areas) and class of service. Because of the factors involved, we were unable to find an accurate formula to pre-determine the charges. As a result we do not have the freight charge prior to shipping the package. We wish to assure all our customers that the freight will not be more than the published list rate by the carrier. A good estimate can be obtained from the carrier's site with all the parameters accurately entered. To Estimate Freight click on the carrier's name.

eStore is now readily available to Canada & numerous international countries.Please be reminded to select the appropriate country and region for your delivery.

Sales Tax: Shipments made to New York State addresses are taxable at the rate of 8.75% of total sales, unless a valid tax-exempt number and certificate is supplied.
