An expanded series of plastic miniature chain sprockets, available from Stock Drive Products, provide improved corrosive-resistant properties at low cost. Designated as the A 6M 7-14 Series, the sprockets, made of Nylatron GS, are designed to work with plastic miniature roller chains to transmit power or motion in instrument drives, small appliances and chemical and photographic applications that require special characteristics, such as low inertia, nonmagnetic, nonmetallic, nonconductive or corrosive-resistant
properties
The self-lubricating sprockets also provide low maintenance, vibration damping and good shock-absorption ability. They are available in .1475 pitch with pitch diameters ranging from .340 in. to 2.443 in., outer diameters from .392 in. to 2.495 in. and bore diameters from .093 in. to .250 in.
