SDP stocks extruded brass and steel pinion wire, known as the A1B9 and A1C9 Series, in 64, 48, 44, 32 and 24 Pitches and in both 20° and 14-1/2° pressure angles.
It is a relatively simple job for a machine shop to cut gears from this stock of any desired face width, drill out the bore and press fit the gear onto knurled shafting. Applications for these small gears include business machines, computer input/output devices and instrumentation. The 236 sizes range from 6 teeth or .167" O.D. to 60 teeth or .969" O.D.
