SDP/SI machines high-quality shafting, available off-the-shelf or made to your exact needs. SDP/SI specializes in Swiss machining, milling, tapping and drilling in aluminum, stainless steel, steel alloys, and titanium.

Custom precision shafting can be made to meet your specifications:

• Tolerance: +/-.0001“
• Straightness: Up to .0003“/Inch
• Length: Up to 12 feet

A wide range of Shaft Accessories are offered by SDP/SI. Precision and commercial quality shaft/hub clamps are available in many different styles and sizes for fastening gears, pulleys and dials to a shaft. Shaftloc® fasteners are easy to reposition, easy to assemble, applicable to small shaft diameters and are cost effective. Other shaft accessories offered are shaft reducers and extenders, telescoping miniature ball splines and bore reducers, inch to inch reduction and inch to metric reduction.
